Chain Driven Sprocket Rollers are commonly manufactured from BZP mild steel, 304 stainless & Upvc tube incorporating only quality precision bearings. We offer a fully made to measure service where rollers are fabricated, including the sprocket to match your exsisting drive.

Bearing types, such as steel or stainless steel, sealed or shielded in a range of capacities and sizes that can be fitted to suit most applications. Sprockets can be made to suit Simplex, Double simplex, Duplex and Triplex Chain.
CDT-50 Taper roller:
CDT50 taper rolls have sprocket drive to suit bends with a inside radius of 800-850mm and are available with s/loaded or Female threaded shafts. Our standard sprocket is 14t x1/2"p double simple (22 ctrs) but we also offer bespoke arrangements.
