Grooved Rollers
Mild Steel & Stainless Grooved Rollers run via tensioned drive bands running below the tube line, and are for linshaft driven or internally motorised driven applications.
- Groove Positions are truely bespoke to suit your existing system or can be recommended by AED.
Bearing housings incorporate quality precision bearings that can be labyrinth sealed or plain sealed. Tubes can also be externally covered using Rubber, Polyurethane & Plastic in a variety of colours.
Bend set Taper rollers (TR-50, CDT50 & TR54 series) are made from plastic taper segments pushed over a steel/stainless steel base roller. these rollers are used for the smooth transfer of goods around bends. TR-50 series has Ø38 base roller with the first plastic segment grooved for powered applications. TR-54 has a Ø50 base roller which is grooved and the taper segments start after the groove.
We also supply steel (SKW48-8) or plastic skate wheels (RPW48-8)that are suitable for gravity bends/flexiable conveyor. Available 48 diameter, 24mm wide & 8mm bore.
